Born and raised in Lakeland, Florida, Dr. Shandale Terrell is an educator for students with special needs in Polk County Public Schools. He holds degrees in Education from Florida A&M University and Nova Southeastern University, including a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership. Dr. Terrell is also a community servant leader, actively serving on various boards and committees in education and civic organizations throughout Lakeland and Florida, dedicated to inspiring and supporting students and citizens to achieve their goals.
