Barbara N. Patterson, a Florida native, served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force as an Education and Training Specialist, with assignments across the globe. After her military career, she worked in various roles including Human Resources Officer and internet help desk supervisor. Relocated to Tampa in 2023, she holds a Bachelor’s in Workforce Education and Development and has received numerous awards, including the Roy Wilkins Renowned Service Award.
